What does tiger blood mean to me?
I am not sure yet. Maybe it's a bit of energy- thought still get exhausted(I think the loooong northern hemisphere summer days is taking its toll on me). Maybe it's clarity- though I'm still a bit foggy(I'm not sure the healthiest eating person's brain could keep up with all that I need to keep up with-for example, knowing where Henry's backpack, Frankie's goggles, and John's triangle magnet are while remembering when polo begins, when A champs are, and when Max needs to serve mass next, while remembering that the bike tire needs air, the camper roof needs a patch job(where is that caulk gun?), and the grass needs cutting. And a load of towels needs washing and drying everyday. So anyhow. Tiger's blood- pass it around. I need a big gulp- 32 oz serving to get through my day.

Mother's milk tea. Since the combo of the diet and the road trip took a toll on my milk supply. Been drinking this with two gobs of trader joe's thick coconut cream.
Breakfast was kale and balsamic sausage with kale chips roasted sweet potato and hazelnuts.
Lunch was lefotver chicken thighs warmed up in a pan with some coconut oil and some seasonings(I almost always use chili powder, paprika, cayenne, cilantro, and cumin.) roasted beets, 1/2 avocado, red lettuce, balsamic and olive oil.
Dinner- grilled porkchop* with avocado and pico de gallo. And side salad(balsamic and olive oil).
* I made a rub kind of spring boarding off of pioneer woman's pork shoulder recipe. I have pretty much memorized to original! So chili powder, cumin, chipotle, onion, garlic, salt, cayenne, coconut oil, Apple cider vinegar, and an inch slice of the bottom of a pineapple (peeled and cored). The pineapple replaced the brown sugar in PWs recipe.
