I have morton's foot. Not as bad as some but def affects my posture, hips, neck, core. I diy hacked some dr scholls skin into in soles of my running shoes to lift my first metatarsal and give it a base. I'm adjusting to it. Trail running is remarkably easier bcc I feel way more solid on my strike, but street running- the only difference now is a tingly feeling on and at the base of my pinky toes- probably bc I'm so used to running on the arch side of my foot but now that it's lifted I'm using the outside too and it's like "whoa!" But after about 3-4 min of running it goes away. Or my foot goes numb- not sure🙃
