Veni Sancte Spiritus!

My aunt retired from D'Youville college, where she served for 37 years as president. Her party was today in Buffalo and most everyone in my family was there but I had to miss.
Because Henry was getting confirmed!
What a lovely lovely occasion it was too!
I did a novena to the Holy Spirit for him leading up to the big day. And I can just say it was overwhelming- the way it touched me. To watch your kid become a big Catholic, it is beautiful!
