I'm on week 4 of the couch to 5k program. George is my partner in this so I get to wake him up early 3 days a week. It's so easy for me to get up from spring until fall because the sun comes up so early here!
This morning it came up at 5:19! And it is going down at 8:51!
Besides running, I'm also doing Pilates about 2-3x/week.
I'm starting to get some wonky aches and pains so I went back to Gary Crowley's Do-it-yourself-joint-pain-relief.com and went through the three steps(videos) for sacroiliac joint pain.
I feel delicious now. All loosey goosey and velvet. It's amazing what a little lacrosse ball and my Pilates mat can do. He's so great at letting you know what could be going on and easily breaking it down.
George has been going to a chiropractor for his shoulder and neck. We switched to a chiropractor who works in conjunction with a physical therapist so he's getting more active release therapy.
But I think I'll hit up Gary Crowley and see what he can do on his shoulder and neck page. I actually think I'll go do that now. No one is awake yet and I would love some loose and relaxed neck. I'm kind of tense. This month has been pretty long with Chris being gone. He's been home for 2 whole days and 3 half days this month so far. Philly, Waldorf , and now Manila.
When he was in Waldorf for two weeks he spent his free weekend in Prague! He got to see the infant of Prague! He also took his brand new jaguar rental on the autobahn and hit 150 mph!
