Cooking my chicken because I went into autopilot and added BBQ sauce to ribs and therefore made it whole30 noncompliant.

This bridge- it's like pulling old jeans or sweatpants. Ahhhh, so nice to see you again and my hike unfolds from there, peeling away the worries and cares of life.
And the meals.
Yes, I ate steak for breakfast. I ran out of other proteins and had this steak that chris bought me last night. So after breakfast, and school, I went grocery shopping with john.
We used to have these "mommy dates" back when we lived in Smyrna. We'd walk to the indie coffee place on the corner and have an hour or two, just me an whoever' turn it was that week. We'd order an Italian soda. Or a hot chocolate.
Well, now it kind of morphed into going grocery shopping. And this week was john's week. We hit ace hardware, Safeway, and trader Joe's and made it home for lunch.
A few things...
I need to be better at drinking water. My supply has kind of dipped and alice isn't nursing the same as she used to- she seems i satisfied. Also, when I finished my lap swimming workout with a 5 minute egg beater no hands water treading thingy my calves and foot arches were cramping.
So more water and maybe extra magnesium tomorrow. And going to bed earlier tonight!
