And last night at church Alice kept coming back to me and hiding under my skirt. At first I thought she was just trying to walk under my legs- and so I kept stepping forward and over her so she wouldn't get stuck under my skirt. But I stayed still once and she just froze there. I noticed a lady was engaging her and then I figured it was her "hiding place". So from then on I let her hide there.
I might rethink how adorable it is in another year or so- but for now I'll let her feel safe and be cute.
