Chris and his dad did a fabulous job on the kitchen. Chris's mom came in handy picking out lighting fixtures and a vanity for the upstairs bath.
We didn't get asking price but we are happy. We turned a profit on it and that's all we hoped for really.
Chris jokes that we've already spent the closing check in our minds.
Yep. I've spent some of it on braces for Samantha. And he's spent some of it on an RV that will take us on many a northwest adventure.
