i got a pretty fancy ice cream maker from a friend before she moved to singapore. i don't have to use ice and rock salt. i just have to freeze the unit and then bring it out when it's time to make ice cream.
so far i've made chocolate, a ruined version of strawberry, a better version of strawberry and right now in the machine twirling and twirling is cinnamon ice cream. it smells delicious already and i know the kids will enjoy it.
henry asked for an ice cream cake for his birthday on monday and he wants cookies and cream and chocolate. we'll see how it goes. i need to buy more cream.
