Alice continues to amaze me. Perhaps I'm haunted by what might have been.
She told me a little bit more of the story yesterday.
"I was wooking at a pity bee down in da bush. And I fehw. And the aliens didn't tum and I didn't faw."
We found out that "aliens" means ambulance. And she likes to do this thing with words- I think it's kind of like an experiment. If she changes the words around does it change reality or the outcome? She flip flops a lot too. Almost as if she wants it all and deciding to have one thing also means deciding NOT to have the other- she doesn't like that! It's a lesson in economics.
Back to topic-
Just about the only symptom she is having to various degrees is incontinence. After about 10-11 months of being 24 hour potty trained she now wets the bed occassionally. Her car seat. And this morning a tiny bit of the rocking chair. And it shocks and upsets her every time. She would be offended if I brought up the idea of a diaper- I know this so I don't. I have taken precautions with her bedding. And I also encourage her to use the potty often during the day- which she also doesn't like. Everything must be her idea.
I bought quite a few sedentary craft type things to help her sit still. Play doh factory, stickers, uno(she loves to play uno), water color pallet and paper, puzzles. It's still a non stop job, making sure she is resting.
I'm using arnica tablets, fish oil, and an essential oil blend. Frankincense, Rosemary, clove, peppermint, and something else- I can't recall. Maybe I should drop some on my head too!
Please continue to thank God with me. She is my Presh. My Doozer. And my Ally-Doodler.

Thank God, so glad she's improving. May it continue!
