Prayers please

So we got news on father Joseph's pet scan.
It came back dirty. They found a squamous cell carcinoma knot in a lymph node in his neck.
The doctors said surgery would be too invasive- with his scleroderma not allowing his skin to patch together and heal there would be an open wound on his neck. And chemo is out of the question because he is already so immunocompromised and weak.
So they are going to aim at making him comfortable. And they gave him the time line of 3-9 months- not more than a year.
So prayers please. For strength for the journey ahead.
