Yes! I kept blaming the little girls and john for going out and digging in the yard. And one day I heard a loud metal clank and looked up to find her peering down the vent. Then last night I heard the same clank. She peered again, then promptly went back to the open dishwasher for another piece. George was loading it after dinner and had to do it defensively once we told him what her "game" was.
I'll have to figure out something. They are *right* there or at least sound like they are. I was cleaning off the first horizontal level of it and dropped something and it sounded like it landed on a second horizontal level *just* below it. But I reached down the vent and couldn't reach far enough.
