i have coined the non-clinical diagnosis "seasonal dressing disorder". it describes frances' inability to dress appropriately for the season. she puts layers upon layers on during a 90 degree day. but in the winter she will just as soon go out to play in a swimsuit- don't offer her a jacket! it's safely put aside for those blistery july days.
