we had a year full of blessings in 2012, thanks be to God.
i pray we continue to open ourselves even more to the grace of God in 2013.
we ended the year in a snowy fashion up in the smokies.
shacked up in pigeon forge and skiing at ober gatlinburg- it was frankie's first go at it- i didn't get to take a pic of her as she went with chris and we got seperated at the lifts.
we walked around gatlinburg during new years eve day. if you enjoy people watching- give yourself the gift of gatlinburg during christmas, new
years, or spring break. it's like panama city beach without the beach, but with great fudge, windy mountain roads, and just under 2 billion chainsaw carvings of bears. and instead of people wearing confederate flag or corona bikinis, the fashion statement is crazy hats during then winter and air-brush shirts in summer(see, totally pcb of the smokies).
the kids got to split a 5 lb burrito for lunch. it is a man vs. food type challenge. one person need only eat it all in 30 minutes to get it comp'd(a $25 value) AND a free t-shirt. the kids couldn't finish it. we had fun making memories to last a lifetime.
