being as october 1st was st. therese's feast i had to post this picture. it makes me smile...as does the picture of christina trying her best to look like sister mary agnes.
Wait, how did you get this habit? It looks very authentic. This is not a real Carmelite, right? Sorry, lol. I'm a little clueless as I'm just a random person out there discerning Carmel :j I know the community in Buffalo though and a few in Brooklyn, and know of a few at Alexandria. :) God bless!
Lol! The habit is the real deal but the gal wearing the habit is most assuredly not. she's my little sister. our oldest sister is presently in the Brooklyn Carmel, though she started at the buffalo Carmel. There is a special spot in my heart for Carmelites. we'll be praying for you daily as our family's special mission is praying for an increase of vocations to the priesthood and religious life.
