just like big sister

i have a piece of paper saved in samantha's baby book from when she was two. if i took it out and put it next to mary jane's paper they'd look exactly the same. samantha had such a perfect grip on the pencil. i never had to show her how to hold it properly. then she would set to work drawing tiny tiny spirals. i mean tiny!!! she had such great fine fine motor skill with her hands it was amazing to me. now mary jane is doing the EXACT same thing, from the grip to the spirals. when she started drawing i was just shocked. maybe this is something girls do and i'm just learning through experience about it but it's still fun to watch.
