Whole 30 day 4


Breakfast- chicken and apple sausage, roasted beets and hazelnuts (in coconut oil) and sautéed spinach
Lunch-  zoodles, shredded sweet potato, and meat balls all swimming in leftover coconut curry sauce from dinner the other night.  Topped with cashews.
Dinner- roast beef with shrooms and onions, roasted Brussels sprouts, and roasted sweet potato and apples with pecans.

Feeling good today.  
Mentally- positive- probably has more to do with me nearing ovulation than anything else.
Physically- not quite so shaky.  Did the wibit inflated water obstacle course at the pool.  Went against George both times and lost the first time and won the second time.
Alice is loving her swim vest.  She does enjoy her independence when we let her.
