pregnancy laundry 30 day challenge

and now begins the time when my already meager laundry skills begin to decline rapidly.
and as my tummy grows, it seems as if my arms are shrinking.
take this challenge- if you aren't already pregnant. seriously- it will be fun. you can save yourself your monthly dues to your gym- just do this every day for a month.
load up a kids backpack with a cinder block. put it on your front instead of your back.
stand two feet away from the washer. attempt to empty the washer without leaning against it or putting any pressure on the cinder block in the front pack. now put all the clothes in the dryer without bending over at your hips- you need to squat.
ok- now do this 4-5 times a day.
