plain yogurt(whole milk- of course)
frozen strawberries(just brought home from market and washed and
frozen- green tops and all)
blueberries
a handful of kale
whey protein
a healthy amount of coconut oil
rw knudson's morning blend(juice I bought to make popsicles for the
kids with).
it was kind of seedy- the kiwis.
and a funny coincidence- the smoothie song by nickel creek came on
itunes when we were drinking.
