he played the variety playhouse last night and it was a night just for samantha and daddy. she got home and had a perma grin.
"he was SO good mom"
"he could play with ONE hand behind his back."
"he had a man in italy put a microphone in his guitar so it would sound more like a drum when he pounded on it."
"it was packed and hard to find a parking place."
"daddy smiled the WHOLE time."
"he tapped his foot"
"when tommy plays a big chord he jumps up in the air."
she started to look sleepy.
"he does this thing that makes the guitar sound like a silver waterfall. i liked it."
"he did it ALOT. i think he liked it too."
finally- she got a tommy shirt.

and elijah cant share in the joy so late at night.... later on in life he will be wowed by samantha's big cords and one handed playing!did she get to meet him? picture with him?
didn't get to meet him. had to leave early. and i couldn't find my camera. boo.
i did find it in time to send with her to the hospital.
