he'll be 10 years old next month and has been eyeing canoes whenever we are around the river. we checked out craig's list for a couple weeks and found this one. we haven't taken it out yet- but it sure does look pretty. i hope it works as well as it looks.
we figured it would be a good "big boy" gift. something to acknowledge his aging and his increase in responsibility. he'll hopefully be taking it out for it's "maiden" voyage next week sometime. i'll include pics of that later.
