i've been really internal lately. i feel bad for the kids because i'll be drawn out of myself and not realize what's happening around me. i've been really trying not to stray too far and take in what's going on around me. so that's why the blog has been a bit slow lately.
the kids- they never tire of coming up with blogableness. like samantha. at a little before 6:45 this morning as she sat making her sandwich for lunch...

Green smoothies are so hard to choke down though without some added honey! (wink wink)
